Everything You Need to Know About Refunds
General refunds terms:
Due to the digital nature of Framer templates (which are delivered instantly via a Remix link), all sales are final. Once you receive access to the template, we cannot issue a refund, exchange, or cancellation. We do not offer refunds if you simply change your mind, do not like the design style after purchasing, or find that you no longer need the template.
When is a refund possible:
The only exception for a refund is a major technical failure. A refund can be issued only if the product link we provided is broken, corrupted, or technically defective, and our support team is unable to fix the issue or provide a working link within 48 hours of being notified.
Check the Demo Before Buying:
We provide a fully working Live Preview (demo) for every template on our website. You buy exactly what you see in the demo. Please check the layout, pages, responsive design, and features carefully before making a purchase. We do not refund money if you assumed the template had a specific feature, but that feature was not shown or mentioned in our live demo.
Third-Party Services and Framer Limits:
What we guarantee: The template works perfectly inside the Framer editor and looks exactly like our live demo.
What we do not guarantee: We do not guarantee that the template will automatically connect with your specific CRM, custom forms, email marketing tools, or external databases, unless we explicitly wrote about it in the product description.
Framer Platform Rules: We are not responsible for Framer’s platform bugs, unexpected system updates, or their paid subscription plans. You need to know the basics of how to use Framer to customize your site.
How to Request a Refund:
If your template link is broken and you qualify for a refund under the "WHEN IS A REFUND POSSIBLE", please EMAIL US within 14 days of purchase.
Please include:
Your order number or receipt from Polar.
The name of the template you purchased.
A brief description of the technical issue (with a screenshot or screen recording if possible).
We will review your request and get back to you within 24–48 hours.
