What the buyer is permitted to do
Template License & Usage:
By purchasing our Framer template, you receive a Commercial & Freelance License.
What you CAN do: You can use this template to build unlimited websites for your own business or for your freelance clients. You can charge your clients for setting up and customizing the site.
What you CANNOT do: You cannot resell, share, or redistribute the original Framer remix link, even if you have modified the design, layout, or colors. You cannot sell our templates on other marketplaces or social media.
Ownership and Copyright:
We own all rights, design concepts, and graphics in our templates. Purchasing a template gives you a license to use it, but the intellectual property remains ours. You cannot claim original authorship of the design.
Technical Environment & Framework:
Our templates are built for and tested in the standard Framer editor. We guarantee they look and work exactly like our Live Preview demo. We are not responsible if a template breaks due to third-party custom code, external plug-ins, or custom database setups that you install later.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for any business damage, loss of profits, or website downtime that may happen while using our templates. Our maximum financial liability to you is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the template.
Governing Law:
Any legal questions or disputes regarding these terms will be governed by and resolved according to the laws of Poland.
Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to update our template prices, features, and these usage rules at any time.
