What is included in our template support.

What We Help With:

We want you to have a great experience with our templates. We are happy to help you with:

 Any bugs, broken elements, or layout issues that exist in the original template.

 Technical problems with importing the template via the Remix link.

 Answering basic questions about how the template is organized (e.g., "Where can I find the CMS settings for the blog?").

What We Do Not Help With:

Our support is limited to the template itself. We cannot provide free custom web design or training services. The following items are not covered by our free support:

 Custom Modifications: Adding new pages, changing the core layout, or custom re-designing the template specifically for your business.

 Framer Training: Teaching you how to use the Framer platform from scratch. For this, we recommend checking out Framer's official tutorials and academy.

 Third-Party Code: Helping you install or debug custom HTML/CSS code, third-party widgets, or external plugins that were not part of the original template.

Support Hours and Response Time:

 Response Time: We do our best to reply to all support tickets within 24 to 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

 Tip for faster help: When sending a message, please include a link to your website or a short screenshot/video showing the issue. This helps us understand and fix the problem much faster.
